We are excited to invite you to an upcoming event: Protecting Traditional Plant Knowledge Consultation Prep Webinar.

The US Patent and Trademark Office is holding consultation with Native Americans regarding implementation of the treaty negotiated at the UN last year requiring disclosure of traditional knowledge used in patent applications.  The US must now decide whether to sign the treaty and how to implement it.
