Ambassador Tour

40th Anniversary NAC Ambassador Tour 2022

Native American Church-State of New Mexico (NAC-SNM) ambassadors to visit:

  • Cheyenne Arapaho Indian Nation, Concho, Oklahoma
  • Elmer Blackbird Family, Omaha Indian Nation, Macy, Nebraska
  • Chippewa Cree Indian Nation, Rocky Boy, Montana
  • Navajo Nation, Farmington, New Mexico

NAC-State of New Mexico founders developed cherished and enduring friendships and relationships in many tribal communities and we want to say Ahéhee’ (Thank you), Aho, All is Good, to All Our Relations.

The NAC-SNM will meet with the NAC communities and families to share organizational history, family stories, carry on the prayers left for us, and honor the NAC Roadmen, chiefs, leaders, and sage advisors in their respective communities.

Over the last five decades, Frankie Dayish and Hazel Dayish, founders of the NAC-SNM, traveled across Indian Country.  On their travels they formed cherished and enduring relationships with NAC tribal communities. The Ambassador Tour rekindles the friendships that were created once upon a time.

“I AM HAPPY THAT THE NEXT GENERATIONS—OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN—WISH TO RENEW THE PAST, REKINDLE FIREPLACES, AND NURTURE THESE RELATIONS.”
– Hazel Dayish

We renew the ties for the grandchildren to come so they have that road for them always – in all four directions of Indian Country – where Frankie and Hazel traveled.

In the spirit of fellowship, rapport, and encouragement, NAC-SNM, Inc. honors the following individuals, along with a glimpse into the life of each.
